  • @bob8123 Wow, is this a really long time to get back to you...so sorry! I don't get into YouTube very often, and just started going through dozens of messages that have built up over the past few months. Aaaanyyyway...to answer your question, the salmon typically smokes @ 250*F for about 1.5 - 2 hours. Sooo tasty!
