  • damn........this looks pretty intense!! cant wait 2 get on the floor wit my ladder and try this stuff.....i jus always did lower body stuff!!!

  • If a mat is not available, can these exercises be down on grass? Concrete may add to the stress in the joints.

  • looks hard but try to get down any step like 1 hand 2 hand go down
