The Stanford Harmonics perform Kevin Rudolph's "Let it Rock" at an Arts benefit concert on April 25th, 2009.

Apologies for the somewhat shaky footage, it was filmed by a fan in the crowd.

The Harmonics are pioneers in the a cappella world. They have garnered national recognition for their innovation and powerful rock sound, and, over the past two decades, have emerged as leaders in the a cappella community.

The Harmonics have recently been featured on Voices Only 2008, BOCA 2009, and Sing V a cappella compilations, are the proud recipients of the Contemporary A Cappella Society of America 2008 JAMAA award, and are thrilled to have just won the 2009 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards for Mixed Collegiate "Best Album," "Best Song," and "Best Arrangement" for their new album, Escape Velocity.

in case you couldn't figure it out, that's the whole point.

  • This is awesome. The girl doing the synth voices during the chorus must be going out of her mind.

  • The male voices take the melody most of the time, but no one person is the soloist. The sound quality is bad which somewhat accounts for the balance issues.

  • this is pretty good, its obvious that its arranged the way it is because the soloist cant hit the higher notes, but its it still sounds good.

  • I really like the sound effect vocal team, good stuff

  • Realy good!!!!
