  • Silly physical therapist thinks gamers thumb is tendon related. When its actually the repetitive control striking especially game cube or n64 control stick. Such sore thumbs.. Callouses don't even protect thumbs from a 15hr onslaught of carnage and mayhem :/

  • I meant mw3

  • Idiots.

These exercises are to help with tendon pains, not blisters and such.

Said tendons join to your thumb through the wrist and the rest of your arm, hence the stretches.

Also, they won't help overnight >_<

  • 1. the description contains a grammatical error. wtf

    2. why do they show her touching all of her fingers all 5 times? its not like each time was different, they could have demonstrated it once and said repeat that took up half of the video.

  • this actually helped alot!

  • so doiing these stretches does it mean i can play every now and then to avoid injury?? and it wont hurt my wrists or forearm?

  • I had "designer's thumb" this morning from my laptop. These exercises helped to ease some of the immediate pain.

  • this is only help coz its keeping you away from the game pad lol

  • just keep playing and you'll develop a calius and when you get a blister put a band-aid on it and dont play for a day or two and your good

  • And... and how does this prevent blisters?
