This is a 23 second plank with my 220 lb. friend Rob on my back. I've done 36 seconds before and I'm sure I could work my way up to a minute if I wanted. The whole point of the exercise is to prevent the lumbar spine from arching (extending). Get proficient at bodyweight first, then gradually add resistance.
