Chev6art - I wonder how many other Dexys songs you know then? COE is a wedding disco favourite but their whole album 'Don't Stand Me Down' is a modern classic. While most of the public love Come On Eileen, the public can't exactly be held as a pillar of taste. If that was the case then Eastenders would be best thing on TV and McDonalds would be the best food item....

This song, and most all of their other numbers, never came up to the level of "Come On, Eileen" for which they will indelibly be known for and not this one.
