Sony Vegas Pro 9: How to make HD/HQ Videos

Please Read.....

Hey Youtube People Here today I'm going to show you how to make HD and HQ videos fast using Sony Vegas 9.

The proper formats are MPEG- 2 and MP4 for youtube videos use these to make HD and HQ videos.
HQ Video and HD Video
The First thing you want to do to make a fast render is right-click the video then go to properties and click disable resample. The Second thing you want to do is if you want a full screen on Youtube Video while your still in properties uncheck the maintain aspect ratio, then click ok. Third once your done with that then go to file then open up rendering option, once there locate .mp4. After you locate it then set the template to default template. Don't render yet. Go to Custom next to Default template once there set the following:

Frame Size NTSC (640x480)
Frame Rate 29.970(NTSC)
Field Order None
Pixel aspect ratio 1.3333
Now click ok. then Save.

HD Video
The same thing for HQ video but change the render to MPEG-2. Change the following:

Output type: HDV
width 1280
height 720
Frame Rate 29.970
Aspect ratio 16:9 Display
Field order None

Okay I know this is not in HD but the concept is there just follow what I say and you will be fine. I had an old laptop so I use the HQ format as look in this video and also this is two years ago and I was sick around that time and I was younger so yes I sound different deal with it and watch the video. The size is enormous though. I just rendered a vid of about 3 mins like this and the upload to Youtube has been taking hours now. Any ways of reducing the size which is now more than 400 MB?

Can't u just go to video event pan crop and change the aspect ratio, crop it and match output aspect?

Can someone help me please. I've recently made a movie using clips from a TV show and adding music to them. I rendered the video in full HD and everything. In the Vegas playback everything was perfect yet when i watched the video outside of Vegas the quality was perfect yet the music quality was very distorted and just sounded horrible. Any idea what I've done wrong?
