  • How to make boller (balls)

    From left to right ingredients.

  • Hvetemel - Wheat Flour

    Melk - Milk

    Gjær - Bakers yeast

    Sukker - Sugar

    Egg - Eggs

    Margarin - Margarin (Butter)

    Salt - Salt

  • Bake the balls in a pre-heated oven at 180-200 degrees celsius for about 15 minutes.

    The balls can now be applied with milk or stirred eggs. Do this just after you have taken the balls out of the oven. If you want thicker layers of milk or egg just apply more.
