Beatrice first trip to the Farallon Islands. The Farallon Islands are located 27 miles west of San Francisco, in the Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary. It was a beautiful day, water not to roughs and weather very nice( not cold). A giant Octopus was caught. God beautiful creation. Everyone caught their limit. The biggest fish of the day was the Octopus with a Lin cod at a close second at 35 inches weighing about 30lbs. Beatrice did catch a fish.LOL. She has now been indoctrinated as a fellow deep sea fisherman by surviving the sea sickness that hit us all at some point in time on that Pacific Oceans.
