  • yo jeff dude i need ur help.i am trying to do pull ups,i have access to 2 kind of bars one is thick and another is thin .on thinner one i can do 3 pull ups but on thicker bar i am not able to do even a single pull up ,what do u think abb this?

  • Good info , ive got lots of grip exersizes on my page, check me out when I snatch the york 50lb blob, the 2hp developed by David Horne is awesome for grip as well.
