This is my truck with a 406 cu in. small block chevyf. The truck started as a write-off but lots of time and money made it like it is.

*UPDATE* Sold the old girl in August of 2008 due to moving to Toronto to work and live.

  • OMG What a beautiful truck! amazing!!! What size wheels where you running and how many est. HP do you think it had? like I said- what an amazing truck dude! wow!

  • @braaup 17" wheels all around. I didn't dyno the engine but it was built somewhere in the high 300's to low 400 hp.

  • how fast it went

  • @bigdoo350 As fast as the speed limit signs told me.

  • What transmission did you have in her??

  • @Trey3212 It was a Turbo 350 tanny, 4 speed auto.

  • i have a 97 s10 with about $15000 in it and its still got the stock 2.2L engine but not for long im building a small block chevy 350 for it and im stroking it out to a 383 making around 400hp and im almost done

  • Gotta ask were did u get that radiator from got the same truck with a 355.

  • nice looking truck, absolutely loved the dash redesign, the powerplant looks like it moved not too bad compared to a halfton work van.

  • @ctchmy5point0 I disagree. The music in this video is PERFECT. Perfect music, perfect placement, perfect timing. There are parts where you can here that big bad 400 small block.

  • what exhaust did it have?

  • what kind of exhaust?

  • @warren997 TH-350 is a 3 speed, do you mean you had a 700-R4 4 speed?

  • How much did it cost to build guessing? I just got an s10, id like to swap the 4.3, just need a estimate?

  • turbo 350's are 3 speeds.. maybe it was a turbo 350c they had a lockup converter that acts like another gear

  • you just inspired me to do this to my 97 s1o to bad idk how to do any of this lol
