your biryani was very dry when I tried it,instead we can add tomato puree to all veggie and it was moist n yet all rice grain was seperate.

nice receipe but veeeeeeeeeeery lengthy .I think 'manjula's kitchen' has very nice n simple receipe which you can make in few mnts.What I did was took tips from both receipe n in it turn out well.

Hey Guys.....Try this biryani its really very tasty...in never live biryani specially veg once, but i loved it after using this receip....i only tried this one bcoz my hubby likes veg biryani....so try this out.....Thanks Hetal and Anuja..your recipe is wonderfull....

Hi , Am making this right now - its sitting in my oven and it smells amaaaaazing! I have made my share of Veggie Biriyanis and they always lack something - Nonveg :-). @takahashiwongwong Biryani was brought to the Indian subcontinent by the Persian invaders. It did not originate in India or Pakistan.
