Michelle Backmann go back to school in economy. The Stimulus package went into effect in May-June 2009. At that time we were still under Bush effect and his budget. In January 2009 we were loosing 850,000 jobs/month. It's called INERTIA. It's a physical phenomenon (he doesn't know history so she cannot know physiscs) which tells you that you cannot stop a car just because you push the break and reverse it in a snap of a finger. The faster the car goes the more yards you need to stop.
