Drysill was one of the first (it might be the first) heavy metal groups from Iceland. They formed around 1982-1983 and released only the "Welcome to the show" LP back in 1985. The band split up short time after the release of the LP. Their singer was Eirikur Hauksson who joined Artch after Drysill. A well known Icelandic artist, he's several times represented both his own country as well as Norway in the Eurovision song contest.
Forgotten and cult metal from Iceland!!!

I do love bands from Iceland.Start,Exizt,Jet Black Joe,Stripshow.........they were all very talent and something different to other Scandinavian bands.

Love this song, aswell as the rest of their songs, and as far as i know the commentary info is correct, altho before Drysill, Eirikur Hauksson was a singer in an Icelandic rock band called Start, witch had their songs in icelandic tho, as far as i know.

Δεν λεω, η ελληνικη σκηνη δεν ειναι του επιπεδου αμερικανικου power του '80 αλλα υπαρχουν αρκετα εξαιρετικα σχηματα.

Μην το λες, εχουμε αρκετα ενδιαφεροντα groups, εκ των οποιων αρκετα ειναι πολυ καλυτερα απο τους Drysill.
