Rough Cutt - Take Her (Dio)

Ronnie James Dio co-wrote and produced the original demo version of this song. This final version sounds almost identical to the demo version Dio produced. Dio took a strong role in the development of Rough Cutt (Wendy Dio was their manager as both she and Ronnie loved these guys).

This is from the first Rough Cutt album, produced by Tom Allom. The band by this time had a set line-up of Paul Shortino (vocals), Matt Thorr (bass), Chris Hager (guitar), Amir Derahk (guitar), and David Alford (drums).

Previous members of Rough Cutt had included future Dio guitar player Craig Goldy, future Ozzy & Badlands guitar player Jake E. Lee, and future Dio keyboard player Claude Schnell.
