puerto rico is pretty but japan was the crowed favorite when puerto rico won the crown in 2006 and this would of been a real back to back with japan crowning japan and not like stefania who did not decerve the crown but dayana mendoza did

you mean like anytime that is not latina winning the MU - mexico, PR, vene, among others, they are not gracious in giving out the winners moment, i mean, this is not the 1st time, it wont be the last. but im glad that when 2010 miss mexico universe( navarette) won and rellinquish her predecessor, she was gracious about it, making sure it was put properly.
