@BrambleHeart000 I remember seeing this commercial once on a NEWS network. It lasted for only 30 seconds and I never saw it again. Soon forgetting about it near the date for which it started. I was reminded the next day by my friend saying to me, "Hey, did you celebrate Earth Day yesterday?" I broke down in tears when I got back home. So for the rest of that day, I didn't turn on anything. I'm sorry, Earth.

Imagine the Earth had no atmosphere. It would be too hot for life during daytime and freezing at night. Carbon dioxide is a natural life giving gas. The oceans and atmospere along with the Sun's ation of them control the climate. The greenhouse theory will make fools of politians. What will they tell their grandchilren?

@theownagification the 1911 button is gone too now. but it was a little option they added that made everything black and white and look like the super old films from back then and had the piano music going. it was in celebration of the first motion picture 100 years ago i think

I'm American and not only have I never seen or heard of this on a commercial before, but never on the internet, the radio, by word of mouth, or roadside advertisement. Why don't they make it more public in America? They're probably just being greedy... I accidentally stumbled upon this on YouTube when I saw the lightswitch feature.

As a proud American, I agree with Pikapal1,
Americans wouldn't understand, all we do is want want want. We would rather watch a movie and use a computer, than turning everything off for only 1 hour. Only 60 minutes. This video I doubt has reached the hearts of all Americans. Therefore, the United States will not represent this cause well as other great nations such as Britain or France or China, as over half of America will have light shining in there home at 20:30-21:30. I however wont, Earth.
