What a pleasure to listen to somebody who knows what he's talking about and has genuine wisdom to share based on real experience. Thanks for putting this into the public domain. Business and Management guru's have came and gone over the past decades but it's plain to see that Dr Ackoff's contribution will continue to stand the test of time.
