There are only 2 paths to US citizenship:

1. Naturalization in a United State = US Citizen

2. Birth. There are 4 sub-paths to US citizenship by birth:

a. Foreign birth to a US Citizen in a Foreign State = US Citizen

b. Foreign birth to 2 US Citizens in a Foreign State = US Citizen

c. Native birth to a US Citizen in a United State = US Citizen

d. Natural birth to 2 US Citizens in a United State = US NBC

How could he be born in Indonesia when his step father didn't marry his mother until he was 4? His birth father was born in Kenya, but was a student in the US when his mother met and married him.

@Kevin198898 He went to grade school in Indonesia for 4 years from six to ten years old. The rest of his schooling was in the USA. His mother never left the USA until 1967, after her husband was forced to return to Indonesia in 1966. Do to the political climate in the region, they tried to get him a waiver to stay in the US, but he couldn't prove that his wife would suffer physically and mentally without him, so the US INS had to abide by Indonesia's return law. So she joined him, a year later.

i thought this over Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen he went to school in a different country his records there show proof he was not born of Kenya but In Indoniesa.am drawing to my own conclusion the cases was all thrown out due to strong evidence that Barack Obama has been a fraud all this time.

Whether Obama was born in Hawaii or not DOES NOT MATTER BECAUSE, TO BE A PRESIDENT OF THE USA, YOU MUST BE A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN WITH THE FOLLOWING 2 CONDITIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE USA THAT MUST BE MET:

1) Obama must prove that he was born in the USA.

2) BOTH parents must be American Citizens.

Obama's father was never an American citizen!
