In todays competitive marketplace where retailers compete for every customer dollar, customer service and customer satisfaction is a key differentiator in where shoppers choose to spend their hard earned money. Consumers have many choices and in order for Best Buy to prosper and stand apart from our competitors we must make customer satisfaction an integral part of our DNA.

  • best buy should think about getting back those customer like me, those of us who ie like to build our own computers. Bestbuy is a good place, but is lacking in some areas to give a better customer satisfaction like Frys, is not only people who work at best buy never know something about technology. Just my opinion, a simply and sincerely advice of common sense for the people in charge. :) those are the reasons sometimes i CANT count on bestbuy, the lack of more choices.
