My heeler looks just like that but she's whiter and grayer on the rest of her body. Her name is Nina.

You can utilize that "car chasing" drive into something positive.
Any dog that has a high "chase" drive...if properly steered...can structure it into a "retrieval" drive.
Once you've modified the drive to "retrieval" you've got a sickeningly smart dog who's very anxious to learn. Have fun!! :)

I doubt it needs to be said...but...never stop teaching her tricks. It builds such a strong bond it's incredible.
Plus...I LOVE the hip-huggin' nature of ACD's.
Yes...our greyhound is cool...he's fast...and his brindle coat makes him look like a tiger.....but watching my ACD "herd" the super fast greyhound is just damn brilliant!

I taught my red heeler Daisy how to sit when she was less than a year old using SIGN LANGUEGE! plus, she knows the voice command too! She almost has the Down command now too! :D

ACD is the best breed ever for sure mate! we are in rio de janeiro brasil and yes the dog never get sick of anything her batery is 100% charged all times.
i love it though great dog
