The music is from a game series called Touhou, an Japanese indie game with sweet music. The specific game this song was from is called Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil, and the song is called UN Owen was her? Which is considered the "fan favorite" of the series. It's a good song, but not my favorite. You should try it out. There, more specific.
