Hey, Sox fans. Jerry's been gone the last little while. Start looking for the Remdog around tall buildings or overpasses. The moment he hits the ground he becomes the Splatdog.
I'm a Yankees fan and Remy is awesome. This man gives more compliments and objecitive insight to players than the clowns who work for the Orioles or Blue Jays. I hate the Red Sox, but Remy can have a beer on me anytime.
Remy was on the NESN broadcast last night and it turns out the little homer has a case of general 'craziness.' All in all, I guess it just goes to prove that the curse of the Red Sox is alive and well (his kid was implicated in the dealing of roids). Years ago I remember reading David Halberstroms' book, 'The Summer of 49,' and in it he wrote about the parralleled decline Mel Allen and the Yanks in the 60s. Don't look now but that might be happening now to Sox.
Remy, himself, said that he was 'a little crazy' when he visted the booth. I'm not sure what your panties are all bunched up about; I didn't say anything that was un-true. Dry your eyes princess, I'm sure 'Ole Crazy' will be back at Fenway in no time. When the Sox walk into other stadiums the PA operators should play Aerosmith's 'Crazy' and put Remy's pic or this video up on the board.
