My Weimeraner does the same thing, she is so scared of a floating balloon.

My miniature pincher would go insane if he saw the broom.
We would have to keep the broom in the closet unless we want to hear him barking at it non-stop.

One time there was a grocery bag blowing around my yard, scared the mess out of my husky...he wouldn't stop barking at it until I picked it up! lol
