Sorry Graves of Valor has way more energy than "in flames" in flames sounds like commercial progressive metal Bull Sh!t other than their voices favoring each other a bit there is really no comparison. Graves of Valor is way more deep their lyrics and their sound are way better than in flames! Best Graves of Valor tracks to me are " No Gods Left" and " Crawl Away Buzzoven Tribute" Fu*k'n hot
