Lakers Breaking News: Lakers Owner Dr. Jerry Buss Passed Away

[02/18/2013] In breaking news, the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers and 10 NBA titles passed away Monday morning at 5:55 am, according to the Lakers statement on his passing. He was 80 years old. We'd known that Jerry Buss had been hospitalized for cancer, but according to Dr. Buss's assistant, the immediate cause of death was kidney failure.
