Oh wow thanks. I would have never thought to clean my garage until you told me to.

One reason why I wanted the mash away from the HLT was because I'd want to fire the HLT to heat sparge water while I still had meltable insulation on the mash tun. It's also nice having the mash tun off on one end so that I can have more access to it for cleaning while I boil. In fact, I currently go BK, HLT, MLT now because I have heat resistant insulation on the mash. However, I can clean the MLT in place while the BK is raging without catching myself on fire in the process.

Two nice videos, thank you. It's nice to see you posting again after what seems like a very long break.

You said something about an iodine test to see if you got full conversion... Where can I learn more about that? Thank you.

@BobbyFromNJ As long as you don't move anything in the garage, you will always know where everything is. lol

Bobby, I really appreciate all the videos you have done. I am on year two of all grain brewing and I constantly go to your videos for reference. I am wanting to construct a system like yours but I have a question about how you clean and sanitize your system. Could you go over how you do that. Keep up all the good work you do for us home brewers. Thanks!

Bobby - what kind of connectors do you use on your hoses? Thanks!

Bobby, when you start your sparge, what temp are you trying to keep the kettle at? Awesome videos! Keep up the great work. Been watching you for a long time now and almost ready to start my first all grain brew. Thanks for teaching me.
Is that a second mash rather than sparge?

@eyechubcunt nope, just a batch sparge.

That's a bunch of bedframe angle iron that I learned to weld on.
