Shehnaai along with four other instrument forms the backbone of Nepali Traditional Music called"Panchai Baaja"(Five Instruments) popular in Nepalese Wedding and Festivities.
Sadly though the Western Musical Instruments such as Horns/Marching Drums and Snares are taking over due to their sophistication and their abilities to belt out the "BOLLYWOOD" movies Tunes.....that's a sad fact.

Instrument that You're referring is called "SHEHNAAI" it's Vaguely similar to Clarinet or the Soprano Sax but less versatile but with a higher pitched sound.
The Soulful sounds it create is incomparable. sadly the Instrument hasn't been played in this Video Clip;that's just a footage of a man playing it;in a Nepali Movie(I guess).

The bowed instrumen is called Ishraj.The instrument originates from Rajasthan.
