I downloaded iconharvester to my iphone, but when i try to actually instal the themes it sais write perission denied... does anyone know what to do?

I paid for this app. but now all of a sudden it stopped working ..... whenever I try to open the app it closes right away. plz help to make it work again..... Worth the money but now I can't use it.
