@geishathor okay i respect your opinion
but your claims against nas are so off!
have you ever listened to One Love? Fetus? or Rewind?
if not i highly suggest you listen to them closely and them come back to me

@ThumbsUpMike story telling is cool man.. but when a rapper can do nothing better than that.. and even is not good at story telling.. then he's a cult shame..
em, coolio, pac, biggie, immortal technique .. and a lot lot more did story telling.. but their shit was listenable.. plus it was mixed with music.. not like some random dude doing some live performance.
Nas music needs to be mixed and mastered.. or he will die a underground cult hero.
plus his music needs to be simple yet heart warming

@geishathor all mainstream uses is slang in their songs? idk what your complaining about
If your too dumbed down to comprehend story telling and you can only understand songs that say shake that ass with a random hoe shaking her ass in a shitty rap video so you can understand
then why are you even here?

Deep Shit...

@geishathor you a stupid hoe stupid stupid hoe. Like it ? Now get outta here and go bitching anywhere else

Almost every ghetto rapper make's these stories just to let you know what happens in the ghetto, same as Immortal Techniqeu - Dance with the Devil, but beware listening to that song is mind fucking, it's not healthy to listen that song believe me....

@XxplosiveAM no
about a year ago i saw a video on youtube(which i cant find anymore) on a nas interview for some radiostation and the guy was asking what nas was thinking when he was making certain songs
He mentions undying love and said nas he made undying love to relate to the average dude struggling with love and said it wasnt a true story, he made it up
-
@ThumbsUpMike so that story never actually happened to him?
-
@XxplosiveAM no, nas made this up to relate with common people dealing with love
but probably carmen sparked nas to write this song from their struggles
-
@bubbathenaslover Well he did commit suicide at the end of the song, so...
Nas's storytelling is unmatched. No matter how many times I hear this, I can't help but believe this actually happened to him. One of the greatest lyricists of all time.

@rowchdi nooo Islam is not our original religion. Africans were indoctrinated by the Muslims and Christians. originally, Africans didn't have any sort of organised religion. surely we had our own believes
