i never have vcast running when i try this but i dont know how to see my phone data i mean my computer beeps when i plug it in but if i go to my computer i cant find it

Having vcast installed is fine, just disable it or turn it off when trying to use bitpim. Can u see data stored in your phone like u would a USB drive when it is plugged in? I wish I could help u more.

there is no vcast button on the bottom right bar its just on my phone (I have songs on my phone) and my computer so it just installed on my computer i could uninstal it (sorry 4 spelling) but when i bought the usb cable it said make sure u instal vcast b4 pluging in the phone so idk

that could very well be it. Does vcast run on ur computer? (i'm really guessing here. It's been a while since I've done this to my phone). This there a vcast icon in ur icon bar? at the bottom right? right click the icon and select exit or close

so when i hit ctrl alt del how do i stop the program because it could be V CAST Music with Rhapsody i belive i never have anything else on when i hat bitpim up just it
