First workout of Month 2 is "Chest Back and Balance" followed by Ab Ripper X2. OMG. So hard, but the challenge is what makes these programs so effective. Nothing EVER GETS EASY. If you wanna try it out, let me know, we can go through it together! www.demibean.com
