Air France employs some 4,200 pilots including 7% women pilots. The first woman pilot, Danielle Décuré, joined the airline in 1974. Since then, the number of women pilots has continued to grow.

Among them, flight captains pilot all types of aircraft, including the most recent aircraft to join the Air France fleet - the Airbus A380.

For these 300 women, flying is first and foremost their passion, and they perform their duty according to the same procedures and in the same conditions as their male colleagues, as Sophie Prévost, co-pilot on the Boeing 777 tells us.
