Congratulations to my cousin Fred P. Hochberg, first openly gay person appointed as a Presidential Cabinet Member (during Clinton's Administration), for receiving the 2008 NGLCC Courage in Business Award.
Another major Congratulations for being one of the seven LGBT people who are part of President-elect Obama's transition team.
Fred, your father Sam would have loved this. I do know he was always proud of you. My mom and I miss him very much.
