Kill Your Colonizer! Ward Churchill

(Post-Civ) Ward LeRoy Churchill (born October 2, 1947) is an American writer and political activist. He was a professor of ethnic studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder from 1990 to 2007. The primary focus of his work is on the historical treatment of political dissenters and Native Americans by the United States. His work features controversial and provocative claims, written in a direct – often confrontational – style.

This speech is presented with the hope that it can make people aware both of the fact that the US is a colonizing empire - beginning with its genocide of the Native Indians, and secondly that traditional opposition to colonization has been weak sauce. What is needed, according to Churchill, is a new method. I couldn't agree more.

another thing is that both anarchy and communism are on the left because they r egalitarian u cannot live under liberty solidarity and equality which r the basic anarko principles if u are free to rule over fellow men by coercive measures

@DanteWhite: Anarchy and communism are POLAR OPPOSITES on the political scale; communism mandates a large centralized government and collectivism. Anarchy is the absence of government, individuals are free to either work and produce or starve. They BOTH go against human nature. I prefer a constitutional Republic, small limited REPRESENTATIVE government under rule of law.

@espada9: We need to dismantle most of the federal government and go back to governing ourselves on state and local level. The federal government should be limited to providing for the national defense. And when I say defense I mean "defense", not imperialistic nation building.
