@xSnIp3rSh0tZx you probably downloaded the wrong game same thing happend to me i downloaded us version then one day i removed it and downloaded the eu version without knowing and i coudnt login becoz my account is on the us version i found out later find out whether you were playing the us version or eu

I used to play lotro, untill i got an update, after the update my game wouldn't load up, so i deleted/removed lotro from my computer, and now i have re-installed Lotro and cannot login, keeps saying my password is wrong!!! thing is , my password is not wrong, i have written down my login info into a password book wich i do with all my passwords! i have requested to change my password via E-mail but i have never received any email to reset my password, can any1 help!!!! please, i luved this game
