More than 13 inches of rain fell in just 12 hours as Tropical Storm Ketsana slammed ashore in the Philippines, killing dozens of people in Manila's worst flooding in decades. (Sept. 26)

The title should be Flooding in Manila not Philippines please be specific. When this floods happen We in Visayas (specifically here in Cebu) is in 29 to 33 degrees celsius.. Please be specific next time!!!
