  • @Irishwit86 The stupid ass couldn't even follow the directions he was given by the officer. He was swaying back and forth, he kept moving his feet when the officer told him not to, all that shows a lack of judgement, I wouldn't want to be in the 30% he screwed up on.People need to realize they wil lbe held accountable for their actions, you decide to drink and drive, then your happy ass should go to jail!!

  • and then theres new joysy

  • new york river r good!!..go to fucking connecticut..they drive like there head r up their ass

  • @nebrasketball95 noooooooooooooooooo why would You think, that??

  • @AlDeCursoe Are you being sarcastic?

  • it is b.s but so are cops in the first place. i just wish roughneck205 would stop trying to sound smarter then he is.

  • Those sobriety tests are more of a technicality than anything else. In court officer's are asked whether they did the tests but they already know from the physical characteristics of someone under the influence. Furthermore it doesn't matter if someone blows a .08 or above or passes the tests if they were still seen by the officer driving in a manner that could be described as impaired. It doesn't mater if a drunk can do backflips once out of the car if he still drives like a drunk.

  • Oh that was bullshit man!!!! Joba clearly passed 70% of that shit! He didn't do so good heel to toe coming back, at least in a straight line but I've tested myself completely sober and rgardlessthat I have a falling arch in my left foot, that shit is still hard sometimes!! Like if you even go a LITTLE fast with the heel to toe thing, you step on your feet or trip over yourself. Guess that's why they have drunk people try cuz its hard has shit to do sober!!!!

  • New Yorkers are rude? really???? I never heard that before.

  • He couldnt walk a straight line, he did not remain in the starting position, and he was unable to keep heal to toe. Oh well I guess. Guys make alot of money and can pay for a cab. Im a Yankee fan though. Look what happen to former player Jim Leritz
