Scottish Music - Peninsula Scottish Fiddlers - Peat-Fire Flame set - Celtic Fiddle

Highlights from the Peninsula Scottish Fiddler's tour of Scotland in 2008. They perform their 'Peat-Fire Flame' set at a concert in Hawick Scotland with introduction by Sandy Watson. The set includes two traditional Scottish tunes (Peat-Fire Flame & Mrs McLeod) and a tune by Adam Skirving (Johnie Cope).
The group is based in the San Francisco Bay area and plays a wide variety of Scottish / Celtic fiddle music.

They play traditional Scottish music and new music in the Scottish tradition, 'Jazzeltic' (Jazz-influenced Celtic), World and Improvisation. Colyn has twice won the U.S. Open Scottish Fiddling Championship.

@ScottMacwannabe -- The Peninsula Scottish Fiddlers are from the west coast of California, south of San Francisco. The 'Peninsula' refers to the area between San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
