@Imhappybecozofwow make a program that reads&sends all packets and interprets them exactly like wc3 does to avoid desyncs(you also have to decript actions data).Oh, yea, i forgot about maps. You must decrypt the map information in order for your program to figure out player slots, heroes, creeps, etc.. You will need to handle the LAN packets(like game hosting) too. Then just addapt your program to a dota platform so you can play with others. Easy comparred to installing WC3, don't you think?
