Watch the trailer of the September 2007 seminar presented by neuroscientist and chiropractor Dr Joe Dispenza. Buy the seminar on DVD at www.drjoedispenza.com or in Australia and New Zealand - at your local bookstore.
@Tosterday Actually, he is very scientific. He presents the physiology of the brain and the chemical processes involved in habitual and addictive behavior. He shows how in his own life and in the lives of his patients is has been possible to work with practices that can help to alter the brain patterns and change our behavior.
@lafemmenaturalle YES! Excellent. It's written in every day language and gives practical ways to change habitual and destructive behavior. I have actually studies it with a group of people in discussion. I highly recommend this book for anyone who thinks they're trapped by their environment or their upbringing or their genetic history. It doesn't have to be!
Thanks for your comments. Please remember you have seen a 2min trailer of a 2hr seminar. If you'd take the time to experience his work and scientific evidence behind it, you'd find great wisdom and clarity. I have read, experienced, watched, listened to hundreds of teachers, spiritual leaders, Dr Joe is one of the best in my experience. At the end of the day, we all need to follow what feels right for us and resonates on an individual level, on our journey. There is no 'one size fits all'.
ok ok, this guy is talking something, but he is never putting the right emphasis on how to do all these miraculous things of evolution he talks all the time about, and with out that he is talking about nothing, all over and over again in circles. Whats the hell is he talking about? He is so new age.
Yes, it is great...a bit repetitive but very informative and practical..
