You're supposed to get the wing out and open that bag and eat the inside of that bag.
Some people get the front leg and just chew it, then spit it out.

@belliouse NOW YOU TELL ME! I was a noob eating this stuff - I had never eaten it, never seen anyone eat it - I had no idea. I figured everyone at the entire thing. I learned my lesson... no thanks to you! hahah.

@pinoyericsonic I'm not sure really... but i don't think it was one of these bugs... Oh, I know what it was... in Hawaii someone gave me eel sushimi. Raw eel. I gagged so many times trying to get it down, finally I spit it.
