A dedication to Giacomo Casanova, played by David Tennant but also a man with a fantastic story to tell. I am slowly making my way through his book and I thought the song was just perfect!

Love the slow motion intro on this, and the song is PERFECT! i saw this before i saw the actual DVD, and it was probably the best trailer for the film that could've existed. the end of this video makes me cry...

@sleepyhollowchrissy So in the end, did you finish the 12 volumes? I gave up on the middle of the 10th one, when he describes his experiences in Russia. However, I do plan to reread the entire volumes all over again when I will have some time. Casanova's wisdom seems to have survived the test of time, and his contemplations have answered some my questions.

@Felixhecool what I meant is that a lot of people nowadays actually think he was able to get any women, like some kind of superhero.... a lot of "PUAs" are making big bucks only because the myth of seduction is so vivid.... in the 21st century (!)

Ive read casanovas memoirs and he may have been a conman etc but tell me this are tou going to be a household name in a couple of hundred years dont think so the dude was a legend, you had to con your way in his time to get any kind of life and he lived life to the full!! If you know so much about him he admits to falling in love repeatedly so not all bad

@freddumpling video looks good... but we should remember that the real Casanova was a common scam artist (and I don't mean the women he picked up, but the men he tricked to invest in his scams - details on seductionmyth [dot] com). Plus the idea of seduction in general is just a myth, never confirmed by science, just like Harry Potter and magic....
