yo guys the best way is to put half the serving, 1.5 scoops, into a shaker bottle and drink in between meals and not right before or after a workout. between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner works best. If you take this right before you workout you are gonna create indigestion and lose energy from having to digest the drink, and the body won't absorb all of the available nutrients that the shake has to offer if you drink it as a post workout. whey isolate is better for post workout imo
