  • circle the head is the MOST VAULEABLE thing on this, it is ALL great! but moving the head in a circle to help break posture and regain control is the most important, everything else is EXTRA! thank you for post. as a smaller guy things like this are mandatory to use when you are presented with larger (not just in weight but also in length) opponent not a lot of people will admit that but that is the truth

  • Very Helpfull for a beginner, plus the added bonus of nice carpet, and you are in a diner/cafe?

    Theres some blue belt fellow on some of those cds for sale.
