VI - Distribution of legislative powers sub section 92/7 health come under provincial law not federal, unless fraud or adulteration. He did not break the law!!!

I believe that even though Dr.Eldon was acting according to his own morals, that the nature of statute law in Canada and the obligation of the people who enforce it to enforce what is on the books, will insure that his actions will be deemed a crime. mainly because the question a court will ask is not "was he acting according to his own morals" it will be " Did he break a law of Canada" and the simple answer is Yes, he broke a law of Canada. Is that law valid, is another argument completely
