@magic666z Well the way you write it is hard to understand but I do think I got the gist of it... the first is kind of a stretch I think Kabuto just wanted to learn the summoning and then (maybe) use it on him because he thought Orochimaru was simply dead. But that isn´t gonna work.
The other one is entirely possible, though. A seal on a physical thing can be broken. Kabuto might have the sword by now, too. The true question here is the foxes loyalty. As always...
