Great form in this vid. Some of these U-tube exercise videos do not. I just started using Youtube videos to break-up my DVD workouts. Exercising the right way hurts bad enough esp, if you don't stretch properly afterwards (so do that). This vid looks professional and good for toning muscles. Now I need another fat burning vid, my body adapts so quickly workout routines and finds away to holds onto pounds :( Wish I had a treadmill.
