Cloud Hopper Flight

My first Flight in a Cloud hopper over Canowindra NSW Australia.
Once we worked out how it went together it all became easier.
The harness is not at all comfortable and by the end of the flight I was glad to be on the ground.

Had a lot of fun and recommend if you are a balloon pilot to give it go if you get the chance.

Why don't you guys use a modern powered paraglider or paraglider harness, much more comfortable, probably stronger and much better put together.

I have a friend building a hopper, he has already purchased the paraglider bottom end.

The problem is this is a registered aircraft. An aircraft that is 30plus year old mind you but you still can't change components without approval. But I agree a paragliding harness would be excellent.

Have had about 5 chariot flights since this one. This however is a cloud hopper that I would love to get another chance to fly in.

I would fit the straps correctly though as I had them setup wrong.
