Actually, it was Germany that declared war on the USA, we had no choice. Hitler wanted to show support for Japan and contempt for US. It would have been a different world if Hitler had not done so, IMO.

There were a lot of nazi-symps, but Prescott was a funnel for money from the 3rd Reich to the German-American Bund through Brown Bros. Harriman. Got his start with Rockefeller, BTW.
